Our Open Mic Night has performances, fun activities, and free food. If you want to perform, please don't advertise anything (including your cool startup) or perform anything you wouldn't want your grandmother. Come show your talent or watch others in our community show theirs!

"Kinetic Energy" is the energy of motion. The student speakers in this salon embodied and highlighted the working directly to achieve a goal - taking action to become the change they want to see how you can do the same.

"Potential Energy" describes the energy held by an object because of its position relative to other objects. Every person has potential, from their smarts to their skills and their connections. Potential is not the director work you're doing to improve, but instead a mindset of acknowledging where room for improvement can exist.

We had our first ever virtual TEDxGeorgiaTech Salon featuring all women speakers! We heard from four talented and passionate speakers about topics ranging from sensitivity, parenting, accessibility all the way to empowering change in Greek Life.

“Embark” - A word that describes uncertainty brought by the pandemic and the unique journey it has brought to each of our lives, was the theme of our salon for this year. The student speakers for the salon beautifully encompassed this theme and broadened our minds by giving talks related to the fourth dimension, how uncertainty is certainty, creativity breaking monotonous cycles and the empowering journey of making purpose.
